1. AI-Generated Content

1.1 All advisory content provided through SASHA ("Deliberations") is generated by artificial intelligence systems. Deliberations are not created by, reviewed by, or endorsed by any named historical figure, public figure, or their estate, heirs, or representatives.

1.2 SASHA presents AI-generated perspectives inspired by the published works, speeches, and documented philosophies of historical and public figures. These perspectives are transformative works of commentary and education, not reproductions of any person's actual views.

1.3 You acknowledge that SASHA's output may contain inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or creative interpretations that do not reflect the actual views of any named figure.

1.4 SASHA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. User Responsibility

2.1 You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on SASHA's advisory content. SASHA is a thinking tool, not a decision-maker.

2.2 You agree not to rely on SASHA's output as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated domains.

2.3 You agree not to attribute SASHA's AI-generated content to any named figure as if it were their actual statement or endorsement.

3. Not Professional Advice

SASHA is an AI-powered thinking tool designed to help you explore decisions from multiple perspectives. It is not a substitute for professional advice. SASHA does not provide and should not be relied upon for:

• Legal advice (consult an attorney)
• Medical or mental health advice (consult a healthcare professional)
• Financial or investment advice (consult a financial advisor)
• Tax advice (consult a tax professional)
• Crisis or emergency support (call 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or 911)

4. Eligibility

4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use SASHA.

4.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Accounts & Subscriptions

5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5.2 Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Free tier usage is limited to 3 deliberations per month. Usage resets on your billing anniversary.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The SASHA debate engine, tension map system, deliberation methodologies, and persona library are proprietary.

6.2 The names and identities of historical and public figures used in SASHA are used for educational and transformative commentary purposes under applicable fair use and First Amendment protections.

6.3 If you are a representative of a figure included in SASHA and wish to discuss your figure's inclusion, contact legal@sasha.ai.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SASHA to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent safety measures or content filters
• Use automated systems to access SASHA beyond normal usage
• Redistribute SASHA's output as if it were the actual views of named figures

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL SASHA OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SASHA'S ADVISORY CONTENT.

8.2 SASHA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SASHA at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SASHA after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
